INTERIM EXECUTIVES ACADEMY EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT
Over an eight-week period, the Interim Executives Academy offers a deep-dive immersion experience online that includes lectures, cameo presenters and roundtable discussions. At the conclusion of the Academy, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and a badge.

The graduates of Interim Executives Academy are available to work as vetted, highly-trained nonprofit interim executive directors. From the training and experience at Interim Executives Academy, the graduates are able to provide a series of 6 phases, 13 protocols and 6 interventions to ensure a successful leadership transition. They will also have access to mentorship and coaching through our leadership community of interim professionals.

Advancing the Interim Profession
The creation of The State of the Interim Profession in the Nonprofit Sector professional paper resulted from a national gathering in July 2023 that brought together aspiring and practicing interims representing diverse professionals across age, tenure of service, backgrounds, and experiences.
Authored by Nancy Bacon and Suzanne Zutter we are excited to announce the completion and distribution of a new 20-page document that provides a glimpse into the current practices of interim executive leaders challenged with advancing community impact organizations during executive transitions.
