INTERIM EXECUTIVES ACADEMY EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT
Over multiple consecutive weekly sessions, the Interim Executives Academy offers a deep-dive immersion experience online that includes lectures, cameo presenters and roundtable discussions. At the conclusion of the Academy, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and a badge.
Nonprofit leader and interim executive director, Erick Seelbach, shares experience with the Academy that shaped and benefitted her latest interim engagement. Key insights include:
- The role of interim executives in nonprofit management and governance.
- How interim executive leadership supports continuity, morale, and strategic progress.
- Essential skills and qualities of effective interim executives.
- Real-world examples of successful interim leadership interventions.
The graduates of Interim Executives Academy are available to work as vetted, highly-trained nonprofit interim executive directors. From the training and experience at Interim Executives Academy, the graduates are able to provide 6 phases and 13 protocols to ensure a successful leadership transition. They will also have access to mentorship and coaching through our leadership community of interim professionals.
